The Savory Grape offers a vast array of wines that are meant for the cellar...to get better with age. Some of these selections include:

- Vintage Champagne
- Brunellos and Barolos
- Vintage Port (ie. 2005 Taylor Fladgate)
- Auslese Riesling
You can search these selections in our online store and in our retail shop. However due to the limited availability and allocation of some collectible wines, they may not appear in our online store. All selections, while in our shop waiting for a home, are maintained at a constant temperature of 65 degrees in our Each Greenwich shop.
2008 Conn Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. When we were out in Napa, we had the opportunity to taste the 2008 Conn Valley Estate Cabernet. Although, personally, we would wait a couple years to drink, the wine has fantastic structure. Owner Todd Anderson with winemaker Mac Sawyer make great full bodied Cabernets that lend themselves to 20+ years of aging. Oh, and it was rated 98 points. ($81.99 per bottle) Click to purchase.
2008 Diamond Creek Vineyard Red Rock Terrace Cabernet Sauvignon. This vineyard and wine has a cult following. Producing only Cabernet Sauvignon, Diamond Creek is carved out of Diamond Mountain within Napa's Calistoga. The wine is brooding with dark berry fruit coupled by a solid tannins, which are approachable but still need time to soften out. We suggest waiting at least 3 more years to open, and then enjoy or hold onto for the next 20+ years. ($176.99 per bottle). Click to purchase.
